This is out third time using Karen Close and Candee Currie. Not only they are great realtors, they are just wonderful people all around. They are very knowledgeable in pricing and what the market wants at the moment. During the initial visit, they made some simple yet very constructive suggestions on improvement. They have great recommendations with quality businesses to execute all our needs and they handled everything for us. Our property was under contract in less than 48 hours being in the market. It was sold over asking price, right before thanksgiving when the market tends to be quieter. To put it in perspective, our neighbor with an identical unit that's been listed for close to 2 months and it's still sitting while ours was finalized in 2 weeks from listed to closed.

We knew of Nick for a while due to his professional relationship with a family member, and he had helped us out with two spontaneous offers/showings in the past. However, this was the first time we were working with him as serious home shoppers.

My wife and I couldn't say enough nice things about Nick. We absolutely loved working with him and would do it again in a heartbeat. The first thing that jumps out about Nick is his gregariousness, as he is just so pleasant to be around. The days we spent driving around with him looking at multiple houses were always treats. While Nick was all smiles with us, he is an absolute grinder who was constantly working at all hours of the day and week for us when needed. He will also absolutely go to bat for his clients when it comes to dealing with the opposite agent or other parties involved in the process, and really cares about protecting you and your best interest. Nick is also incredibly knowledgeable, as he's been working in this industry and area for a long time. He could tell us about every neighborhood we went to, and whenever we had questions about anything at all, he was happy to get on a call and explain.

Nick is a good person who genuinely cares about his clients and will absolutely take care of you. We really felt like we hit the jackpot with Nick, and would 100% work with him again and recommend him to friends and family.

We had a fantastic experience working with Mike on buying our first home. He had extensive expertise about the area and home buying process. We were very satisfied with the work Cathy did in helping to sell our house. This was a team effort between all of us, right from the start.

Early in the process we meet to determine what was needed to make the best impression on the buyers. She brought in a staging/design consultant for additional recommendations which really helped us prioritize the projects.

Once we determined what changes we would make, Cathy checked in regularly on the progress and as new projects were to start she was helpful in providing companies who could take them on or some for us. In the end the projects we invested in helped sell our house and offer a buyer something they could were excited about to live in.

When it came to setting the price for the house and buyer negotiations Cathy was on our side from the start through closing. Actually, we were listed at the high end of comparable homes in the area and even settled on a contract over listing price within four hours of going on the market.

With the high level of satisfaction my wife and I would have no reservations in recommending Cathy to friends, family, and neighbors.
